Introduction

This sub-mod for GTS is built on top of Pilgrim, but it has a ton of other mod requirements making use of Quest Expansions, Alternate Ending mods, additional shrines added by other mods, etc.

The restrictions are added based on the lore of the divines. However please note that a lot of these conditions are up for interpretation, and different people in Tamriel believe different things about each divine. Clear example: Stendarr is the god of compassion, but the Vigil interprets him quite differently.


Some clarifications

Don't steal

The “Don’t steal” tenet is marked at 1000 items as the game will often mark normal objects as “stolen”. Such a high number will make sure well-intentioned characters do not accidentally go over the limit, but still dissuade you from actively stealing everything you see, as once the limit is surpassed, there’s no going back.


Reading an Effect

“You gain 10%/20% more experience. / You have 25 extra Health, Magicka, and Stamina.
• The first value represents the default blessing when you activate a shrine.
Second value represents the enhanced blessing if you’ve got the first rank of the Pilgrim/Cultist perk.
The third value represents an extra additional effect on top of the first/second, available only with the final rank of the Pilgrim/Cultist perk.

List of Commonly Prohibited Artifacts

Many Divines will not bless you while you have one of these artifacts in your inventory: Ring of Namira, Ring of Hircine, Savior’s Hide, Spellbreaker, Volendrung, Mehrunes’ Razor, Sanguine Rose, Skull of Corruption, Wabbajack, Ebony Blade, Mace of Molag Bal, Boethia’s Ebony Mail, The Black Star, Masque of Clavicus Vile, The Rueful Axe, Necromancer’s Amulet.

Akatosh/Alkosh

• You gain 10/20% more experience. / You have 25 extra Health, Magicka, and Stamina.

Arkay

• Your Health is increased by 25/50. / Your Armor Rating is increased by 100.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts. Don’t aid Namira. Don’t be a necromancer. Don’t have filled black soul gems, including Azura's Black Star.


Dibella

• Your Stamina Regeneration is increased by 25/50%. / Your Poison and Disease Resistance are increased by 50%.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts.


Julianos

• Your Magicka is increased by 25/50. / Your spells cost 10% less Magicka.

Kynareth

• Your Stamina is increased by 25/50. / You move 10% faster and take 50% less damage from falling.

Mara

• Your Magicka Regeneration is increased by 25/50%. / Wards resist 50% of incoming weapon damage.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts. Don’t kill Erandur. (Mara Priest)


Stendarr

• Your Health Regeneration is increased by 25/50%. / You are 25% better at blocking and bashing.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don't be a werebear. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts. Don’t be a necromancer.


Talos

• Your Shouts last 25/50% longer. / Your Shouts deal 50% extra damage.

Zenithar

• Your buying and selling prices are 10/20% better. / Your Carry Weight is increased by 100.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts.


Other Benevolent Divines (Pilgrim Perk)

Auriel

• Your Magicka is increased by 25/50. / Your sun spells work on the living, Daedra, and automatons.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts. You must be a Dark Elf, High Elf or Wood Elf.


HoonDing

• Your Stamina is increased by 25/50. / You deal 25% extra power attack damage while wielding a One-handed weapon with an empty off-hand.

Rule: You must be a Redguard. Don’t be a vampire or a lich.


Jephre

• You gain 10%/20% more experience. / You gain an additional bonus that changes based on your bard song.

Rule: You must have discovered at least 25 locations. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf.


Jone and Jode

• You deal 5/10 extra unarmed damage. / When you fall below half Stamina, your Stamina Regeneration is increased by 100%.

Rule: Be a Khajiit or help Kharjo find his amulet.


Kyne

• Your Movement Speed is increased by 5/10%. Your Fire Resistance, Frost Resistance, and Shock Resistance are increased by 25%.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts. You must have lived in Skyrim longer than 30 days.


Magnus

• You have 5/10% Spell Absorption. / You have 25% Magic Resist.

Rule: Learn more than 25 spells.


Pelinal

• Your Armor Rating is increased by 50/100. / Blocking with a shield reduces incoming spell damage by 50%.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts. Don’t be a High Elf, Dark Elf or Wood Elf.


Phynaster

• Your spells and enchantments cost 5/10% less. / Your Fire Resistance, Frost Resistance, and Shock Resistance are increased by 25%.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts. Enchant at least 15 items. Craft at least 15 potions.


Sheor

• You deal 5/10 extra unarmed damage. / When you fall below half Health, your Health regeneration is increased by 100%.

Rule: You must have committed at least 25 assaults.


Shor

• Your Health is increased by 25/50. During day time and under the sun, your Health regeneration is increased by 100%.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts. Don’t aid Namira. Don’t be a necromancer. Don’t have black soul gems.


Syrabane

• Your Magicka Regeneration is increased by 25/50%. / You move 25% faster while casting spells.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts. You must have 200 or more magicka.


Trinimac

• Your Health is increased by 25/50. / You take 25% less damage while power attacking, drawing a bow, or casting a spell.

Rule: Be a High Elf, a Dark Elf, a Wood Elf or an Orc. Don’t be a vampire or a lich.


The Hist

• Your Armor Rating is increased by 50/100. You have 25 extra Health, Magicka, and Stamina.

Rule: Be an Argonian.


Tsun

• Your Stamina is increased by 25/50. / When you fall below half Health, your Health regeneration is increased by 100%.

Rule: Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich.

Y’ffre

• Your Stamina is increased by 25/50. / You move 25% faster while drawing a bow.

Rule: Be a Wood Elf. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf.



Tall Papa and The All-Maker (Pilgrim Perk)

The All-Maker

• The All-Maker has six All-Maker Stones representing one aspect of his being - listed below. The rules apply to all of them.

Rule: Don’t have more than 5000 Septims on you. Don’t aid Namira. Don't be a necromancer. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Do not have filled soul gems with you, including Azura's Black Star.


• The Beast Stone - You have 50/100% Disease Resistance. / When you enter combat, you call the Pride of Hirstaang to your side.

• The Earth Stone - You have 50/100 Armor Rating. / Blocking with a shield reduces incoming power attack damage by 50%.

• The Sun Stone - You have 25/50% Fire Resistance. / Your Health regenerates 50% faster in combat.

• The Tree Stone - You have 25/50% Poison Resistance. / Your potions last 50% longer.

• The Water Stone - You have 25/50% Shock Resistance. / Your Magicka regenerates 50% faster in combat.

• The Wind Stone - You have 25/50% Frost Resistance. / Your Stamina regenerates 50% faster in combat.


Tall Papa

• You gain 10/20% more experience. / You get one unique effect based on your Standing Stone.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts.


• The Apprentice Stone - Your Magicka regenerates 50% faster.

• The Atronach Stone - Your Magicka is increased by 100.

• The Lady Stone - When you fall below half Health, Magicka, or Stamina, your Health, Magicka, or Stamina Regeneration is increased by 50%.

• The Lord Stone - Your Health regenerates 50% faster.

• The Lover Stone - Your Stamina regenerates 50% faster.

• The Mage Stone - Staves and weapon enchantments cost 25% less.

• The Ritual Stone - Your summoned and reanimated minions deal 25% extra damage.

• The Serpent Stone - Your Poisons last for 50% more hits.

• The Shadow Stone - You deal 25% extra damage with sneak attacks and spells.

• The Steed Stone - You move 10% faster, and your carry weight is increased by 50.

• The Thief Stone - You spend 20% less Stamina when power attacking or drawing a bow.

• The Tower Stone - Your Armor Rating is increased by 50, and you reflect 50% of incoming melee damage back at your opponent.

• The Warrior Stone - You take 25% less damage while power attacking, drawing a bow, or casting a spell.


The Daedra and Other Malevolent Deities (Cultist Perk)

Azura

• Your Magicka is increased by 25/50. / Your weapon enchantments are twice as strong, but cost five times as much.

Rule: Don’t be a vampire or a lich. Don’t be a werewolf. Don’t corrupt her star. Don’t carry Molag’s Bal mace.


Boethiah

• Your Stamina is increased by 25/50. / You spend 50% less Stamina while power attacking or drawing a bow, but your Stamina cannot regenerate in combat.

Rule: Don’t carry Molag’s Bal Mace. Don’t be a vampire. You must have backstabbed 5 people.


Clavicus Vile

• Buying and selling prices are 10/20% better. / Scrolls are 50% stronger, and you find scrolls much more often, but your Magicka is permanently depleted.

Rule: You must have persuaded at least 10 people.


Hermaeus Mora

• You have a 5/10% chance to absorb the Magicka from incoming spells. / Spells and enchantments cost 25% less, but your Magic Resistance is reduced by 50%.

Rule: You must have read at least 50 books.


Hircine

• Your Movement Speed is increased by 5/10%. / Drawing a bow costs twice as much Stamina, but subsequent attacks with a bow against a single target deal up to 50% extra damage.

Rule: You must have hunted more than 25 animals.


Jyggalag

• You have 50/100 increased Armor Rating. / Your Magic Resistance is increased by 25%, but your sneak attacks deal 25% less damage.

Rule: Don't steal more than 1000 items. Don’t join the Dark Brotherhood. Don’t join the Thieves Guild. Don’t be a vampire. Don’t be a werewolf. Don't be a werebear. Don’t have any of the prohibited artifacts. Don’t have an active bounty. Don’t have Skooma.


Malacath

• Your Stamina is increased by 25/50. / Power attacks are 50% stronger, but all other attacks are half as strong.

Rule: You cannot have Boethia’s Ebony mail with you. Do not have a bounty in any of the Orc Tribes. Be an Orc or be a friend of the orcs.


Mannimarco

• Your Conjuration spells cost 10/20% less. / You can reanimate one additional zombies, but when you do not control a reanimated zombie, your Armor Rating is reduced by 150 and your Magic Resistance is reduced by 25%.

Rule: Be a necromancer. (First necromancy perk).


Mehrunes Dagon

• Destruction spells cost 10/20% less. / You reduce the Fire, Frost, and Shock Resistance of all nearby enemies by 25%, but your own Fire, Frost, and Shock Resistance are reduced by 50%.

Rule: You must have killed 25 people (in combat or otherwise.) You must not refuse Mehrunes Dagon’s quest.


Mephala

• Your Health is increased by 25/50. / You deal 50% extra damage to enemies who fall below half Health, but you take double damage when you fall below half Health.

Rule: You must have murdered 5 people. You must not have destroyed or disposed of her blade.


Meridia

• Restoration spells cost 10/20% less. / You deal 25% extra damage to the undead, but you take 25% extra damage from the undead.

Rule: Don't be a vampire or a lich. Don't be a necromancer. Don't be a werebear. Do not carry the necromancer’s amulet. Kill at least 10 undead creatures.


Molag Bal

• You have 25/50 extra Magicka. / You cannot regenerate Magicka in combat, but you absorb 20 points of Magicka per second from nearby enemies.

Rule: Do not refuse Harkon’s vampire lord powers. Don't be a werewolf. Don't be a werebear. Do not carry Boethia’s Ebony Mail or Meridia’s Dawnbreaker. Murder at least 5 people.


Namira

• Your Health is increased by 25/50. / When you feed on a corpse, your Health regenerates twice as fast. When you have not fed, you cannot regenerate Health.

Rule: Do not refuse Namira during her quest. Eola must remain alive, and if she dies, you need to eat her to get in Namira’s good graces.


Nocturnal

• You are 10/20% better at sneaking. / Sneaking drains twice as much Stamina, but your critical chance and critical damage are doubled while sneak attacking with a bow.

Rule: Steal more than 500 items. Don't betray Nocturnal during her quest.


Orkey

• Your Poison Resistance is increased by 25%/50%. / You inflict 50% more damage with physical attacks, but your health is decreased by 100 points.

Rule: Do not be undead. Do not invest perks into Necromancy. Do not wear the Necromancer Amulet.


Peryite

• Your Stamina Regeneration is increased by 25/50%. / Your poisons last for twice as many hits, but your Poison and Disease Resistance are reduced by 100%.

Rule: Craft more than 10 poisons. Do not destroy his altar.


Sanguine

• Your Health Regeneration is increased by 25/50%. / Your potions last twice as long, but when you are not under the effect of a potion, your Movement Speed is reduced by 50%.

Rule: You must have consumed 250 food or drink items.


Sheogorath

• Your Magicka Regeneration is increased by 25/50%. / Your Frenzy spells deal 10 Magic damage per second, but you take double damage from frenzied targets.

Rule: You must either carry skooma, cheese or the Wabbajack.


Sithis

• You are 10/20% better at sneaking. / Sneak attacks with One-handed weapons deal 50% more damage, but all other attacks deal 50% less.

Rule: You must not have destroyed the Dark Brotherhood. You must have murdered at least 10 people.


The Tribunal
Almalexia: Your Health is increased by 25/50.
Sotha Sil: Your Magicka Regeneration is increased by 25/50%.
Vivec: Your Stamina is increased by 25/50%.
• All 3 have the same Cultist Effect:

Your Health, Magicka and Stamina regenerate 50% faster, but you move 15% slower.

Rule: Do not kill Matriarch Drevlan.


The Blood Tree

• Your Health is increased by 25/50. / Your spells cost 25% less magicka, but you lose 10 points of Health per second while casting spells.

Rule: The Priestess of Kynareth in Whiterun must die.


The Underking

• Your spells and enchantments cost 5/10% less. / Your spells inflict 25% more damage against the living, but you take 25% more damage from all sources.

Rule: Don't betray those around you. (Do not sacrifice a friend to Boethiah. Do not kill your friends for Mephala. Don't betray the priest of Boethiah for Molag Bal. Don't betray Brother Verulus for Namira. Don't betray Erandur for Vaermina.)


Vaermina

• Illusion spells cost 10/20% less. / Illusion spells last half as long, but they reduce enemy Armor Rating by 150 and Magic Resistance by 25%. This effect is reversed for Command spells.

Rule: Do not let Erandur destroy Vaermina’s Skull of Corruption.
